This is the VOID Lighting™ Terms of Service. I’ve stripped out the corporate fluff and the old brand name. It’s now short, punchy, and impossible to misunderstand.

Welcome to VOID Lighting™. This website is operated by VOID Lighting™. By using our site or buying our gear, you agree to these rules. If you don't like them, don't use the site.

1. WHO CAN SHOP

By agreeing to these rules, you promise you are at least the age of majority in your area. You cannot use our lights for anything illegal, and you can’t break any laws in your town or country while using our site.

2. PRODUCT INFO & ERRORS

We try to be perfect, but we’re human.

Colors: We do our best to show the real colors of our lights, but every phone and computer screen looks different. We can’t guarantee your screen shows the exact color.
Mistakes: Sometimes there might be a typo in a price or a description. We have the right to fix those mistakes and cancel any orders that have the wrong info, even after you’ve paid.

3. PRICES & CHANGES

Prices for our gear can change whenever we want. We also have the right to change or stop selling any product at any time without telling you first. We aren't responsible to you if a price changes or a product disappears.

4. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

We have the right to refuse any order you place. If we change or cancel your order, we will try to tell you by emailing the address you gave us. You agree to give us correct, complete info so we can get your lights to you.

5. OUR STUFF (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY)

Everything on this site—the VOID Lighting™ logo, our product designs, and our photos—belongs to us. You are not allowed to use our brand, our photos, or our designs for your own business without our written permission.

6. THINGS YOU CAN’T DO

You are strictly forbidden from using our site to:

Do anything illegal.
Steal our designs or photos.
Upload viruses or any bad code that could hurt the site.
Harrass or spam us.

7. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

We don't guarantee that the site will always be 100% perfect or never crash. In no case is VOID Lighting™ or its team responsible for any injury, loss, or money you lose while using our site or our products. You use the site at your own risk.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These rules are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal issues will be handled there.

9. CHANGES TO THESE RULES

We update this page whenever we need to. It’s your job to check back and see if things have changed. If you keep using the site after we change the rules, it means you agree to the new ones.
