VOID Lighting™ Shipping Policy

At VOID Lighting™, we make getting luxury lights easy. We ship our gear all over the world to make sure you get the best prices and the coolest designs.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Before we ship your lights, we check everything at our main office in Mississauga to make sure your order is perfect.

Standard Orders: Usually take 1–3 business days to process.
Special Orders: If you ordered something huge or custom, it might take up to 5 business days to get it ready.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

We ship directly from our international warehouses so we can offer you Free or Low-Cost Shipping on heavy items.

USA & Canada: Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days.
International: Orders usually take 10–20 business days depending on where you live.
Note: Sometimes things like weather or busy holidays can slow down the mail. We’ll do our best to get it to you fast.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your light leaves the warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this to see exactly where your package is until it hits your front door.

4. TAXES & CUSTOMS

Canada: You pay your local taxes (HST/GST) at checkout like any other store.
USA & International: If your country charges a "customs fee" or "import tax," you are responsible for paying that when the package arrives.

5. CHECK YOUR BOXES

High-end lights are fragile. You must check your package within 48 hours of delivery. If something is broken, take a photo and email us immediately so we can fix it. Check our Refund Policy for more info.

6. USE THE RIGHT ADDRESS

It is your job to give us the correct address. If you give us the wrong address and the package gets lost, we cannot give you a refund. Double-check your info before you pay!
