VOID Lighting™ Return & Refund Policy

At VOID Lighting™, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If your light doesn’t look perfect in your space, we have a simple return process to protect your money.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your light arrives to send it back. To get a refund, the light must be:

Brand new and never installed.
In its original box with all the parts and foam inside.

2. Where to Send Returns

We take full responsibility for every item we sell. All returns must be sent to our main office in Ontario for inspection.

Note: Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. You must send them to our Mississauga headquarters to get your refund.

3. Broken or Damaged Items

Glass and crystals are delicate. You must check your lights within 48 hours of delivery. If something is broken:

Take clear photos of the damage and the box.
Email us immediately at voidlightinghelp@gmail.com.
We will send you a replacement part or a new light for free.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

Changed Your Mind: If you just don’t want the light anymore, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send it back. We recommend using a tracking number.
Restocking Fee: Because our lighting is high-end and heavy, a 15% restocking fee may apply to large or special orders to cover our warehouse costs.

5. Getting Your Money Back

Once we get your light back and check it, we will email you. If everything looks good, your refund will go back to your original payment method (like your credit card) within 5–7 business days.
