The Stratos™ is a hardwired crystal pendant chandelier designed for permanent installation into a standard ceiling junction box. All mounting hardware, adjustable suspension cables (up to 150cm / 59"), and K9 crystal shards are included. Integrated LED — no bulbs required. Note: crystal shards require manual attachment to the frame — work from the inner layer outward and allow 45–60 minutes for assembly.

Turn off the circuit breaker before wiring
Secure the mounting bracket to the junction box using the included heavy-duty screws
Connect Neutral and Live wires to the terminal block and Ground wire to the chassis
Secure the canopy plate to the ceiling and tighten to conceal wiring
Adjust suspension cables to desired drop height using the quick-lock grips
Hook Smoky and Clear K9 crystal shards into their designated slots, working inner to outer
Restore power and test all colour temperature modes via wall switch or remote

For the Double-tier configurations, ensure your ceiling junction box is rated for the combined weight (up to 15kg). Minimum recommended ceiling height: 260cm (102.4") for single-tier, 300cm (118.1") for double-tier.

Professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly recommended. All VOID Lighting fixtures include a 1-Year Warranty — professional installation required for coverage.
